He must:
be perceptive of, and able to facilitate, the clients requirements.
be able to advise on all areas pertaining to the smooth running of your function.
be immaculate in his appearance and presentation.
be experienced and have a confident manner.
have a thorough knowledge of the correct form, etiquette and logical sequence of functions.
have been fully and expertly trained,
be able to introduce speakers in the correct way, at the right time and in the prescribed order.
have up-to-date public liability insurance.
be a member of a recognised professional toastmaster organisation.
be practised in directing organisations and be a source of assistance.
have integrity, patience, dignity, clarity of diction, presence and deliver his service in style without pomposity
and he must have a good sense of humour.
